In light of FBI murder of key witness in Florida and strange unexplained death of two key FBI agents who both 'fell from a helicopter' shortly after the Boston Marathon incident, maybe it's time to send some FBI officials to Guantanamo if that's the type of interrogation they themselves approve of and it might get some answers.

Rep. Keating On Boston Marathon Bombing: 'I Got More Info From Russia Than The FBI'
Keating, who sits on the House Homeland Security Committee, said he recently sent letter to new FBI director James Comey asking for more information about the FBI's investigation into the Boston Marathon bombing.
Keating told Boston Public Radio that the FBI has declined all three invitations to attend a hearing with the Homeland Security Committee, despite clarifications that his questions would not compromise the ongoing investigation.
"I got more information from Russia than I did from our own FBI," he said. "It's clear we're not getting the cooperation we need to do our job to make Americans safer."
Keating met with Russian officials in May. He said they read him a letter they sent to the FBI in March 2011, warning that the older Tsarnaev brother had plans to join insurgents in Chechnya.
Keating said he wants more information about the FBI's process, the procedures in place, what happened, what didn't work, and how lapses in sharing relevant information about the suspects occurred. He said he's also seeking information on what the FBI knew about Tsarnaev's friend, Ibragim Todashev. Federal and local authorities were interviewing Todashev in connection with the Boston Marathon investigation when an FBI agent reportedly shot and killed him during an altercation.
The very things that the 9/11 Commission Report cautioned against years ago are still going on today, Keating said.
"These very issues- lack of communication, of procedures that need repair, and jurisdictional issues (...) lack of sharing among agencies... Here we are almost 12 years later still dealing with these issues," he said.

7/31/13 Keating to FBI: We Need Answers on Boston Bombingskeating.house.gov/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=245:keating-to-fbi-we-need-answers-on-boston-bombings&catid=1:press-releases&Itemid=13 1/3
July 31, 2013Mr. James ComeyDirector, Federal Bureau of Investigation935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NWWashington, DC 20535 Dear Director Comey:As a former District Attorney for twelve years, I share a great appreciation for the integrity of our judicial processes and understand the challenges faced by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).For this reason, I would like to start out by of course, congratulating you on your recentconfirmation and thanking the men and women of the FBI for their exceptional work andcommitment to protecting our country. I have been particularly engaged on the developmentssurrounding the Boston Marathon bombings in my home state and look forward to working with youon this matter further. The dedication of the FBI’s agents was made apparent in meetings I had in Boston (June 21, 2013)and Moscow (May 29, 2013). These official meetings were designed to investigate procedural andresource-related shortcomings leading up to and during the Boston Marathon bombings. The obviousintent of which is to help prevent future tragedies. Unfortunately, nearly all of these inquiries havegone unanswered. Further, the continued reluctance of the FBI to address Members of Congress onthe Committee on Homeland Security (most recently on July 10, 2013) impairs Congress’ responsibility to conduct proper oversight. It is not, as the FBI has described, an issue of who canprovide testimony jurisdictionally, rather whether an agency that investigates homeland securityissues is willing to share information critical to improving the security of our Nation. For example,we have no “jurisdictional” authority over the City of Boston, yet Boston’s Police Commissioner hastestified before Congress on improvements that can be made in our current homeland securityprocesses and procedures.Open questions remain, particularly in regard to inadequate information-sharing, restrictiveinvestigative guidelines/protocols, and an inability to follow up on suspicious activities/travel of individuals residing in the US. Finally, I would like to note that while in Moscow on May 30, 2013, Iwas able to obtain a readout of the March 4, 2011 and April 22, 2013 communications from theFederal Security Service of Russia (FSB) to the FBI and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Despitenumerous requests to obtain a copy of and discuss this information, I have not heard anything backfrom the FBI.For these reasons, I am detailing some of my unanswered inquiries in this letter in order toillustrate that I am not in fact asking for any “materials related to active, ongoing law enforcementinvestigations,” but am rather seeking information that will help Congress better address the
