Many news reports, and posts here, keep referring to Elliot Rodger's "apartment." In fact, he was not living in an ordinary apartment. He was living in a suite at the Independent Living Institute, LLC in Santa Barbara. See https://www.facebook.com/...

The Client must be motivated towards changing and improving his/her life, to gain skills that lead him/her towards independence and/or academic development.
I don't really understand why, but this atrocity has gotten under my skin. There are so many similarities between Rodger and Adam Lanza, the Newtown mass murderer. Both reportedly had Asperger's. Both were children of divorce. Both were bullied in school. Both were completely withdrawn. Both were gun nuts. Both were computer game fanatics. Both were from fairly affluent families (extremely affluent by world standards). Both were filled with rage and revenge fantasies. But somehow Lanza always seemed alien to me, just completely incomprehensible. Something about Rodger is more disturbing.

For some reason there stops being any mention of the Virgin Killer living in an independent living facility, even in the alternative media. The last I could find was 27 May. No blood yes, three young men killed by 1 mentally ill kid in a space of a 6 ft by 5 ft? And with a knife, hammer, and machete? Duke Nukem wasn't bad ass enough to do that. Then changes weapon of choice to a couple of guns to shoot at women?
Now look at the connections between UC Santa Barbara and the Independent Living Institute. Well it shouldn't be hard. There are only two employees at the Independent Living Institute Santa Barbara and one of them is also an instructor at UCSB.
Why do all the recent reports mention lease and apartment managers. Who assigns the residents? If three young college really did slaughtered, the parents aren't doing a very good job of raising a stink.

Elliot Rodger Roomates Identified: Cheng Yuan Hong, George Chen, Weihan Wang
The three young men allegedly stabbed to death by Elliot Rodger are Cheng Yuan Hong (20), George Chen (19) and Weihan Wang (20). The men were stabbed multiple times. There are still no details on how Rodger was capable of killing three persons in a small apartment, but according to the news reporting below, they were perhaps somewhat handicapped, perhaps “mentally underdeveloped.”
