Two issues are of interest in recent SEC 'NEWS'.One is allowing hedge funds that are infamous for using U.S.stock scams to defraud and siphon American investors money into anonymous offshore accounts never to be seen again to adverise.The other is the Barack Obama Start Up Act passed last year to allow the very scammy vehicles used by said hedge funds i.e. worthless shell companies to be encouraged using the lie that these scam companies somehow bring jobs to the U.S.economy - a total lie - they generally allow money to be stolen from the U.S.that might otherwise be trully invested here in jobs !
