Uri Roitman, prosecuted in the case of "magic water", would have bought a 15-meter-high yacht with money that he was paid for the formula he sold for the cleanup of Lake Amatitlan.
The testimony of a witness and the check with which he paid are the evidence that the Special Prosecutor's Office against Impunity presented in the trial that takes place against the thirteen involved, among them, Roxana Baldetti.
The yacht, the barter and the lands
The acquisition of the boat was a kind of barter. Roberto Alfonso Dalton Aceituno, former presidential commissioner of Rural Development, declared as a witness that he and some partners made a commercial deal with Roitman: land in exchange for the ship.

In 2014, the businessman offered a plot of more than one block in Rio Dulce, Izabal, so that Dalton and his partners could open a maritime club.

The negotiations advanced. The former official and his partners would have access to the land, would make better and take possession of the place that is attached to the Office of Control of Reserve Areas of the State. The business was 750 thousand dollars, around 5.6 million quetzales.

According to Dalton's testimony, he used the company Pole Position and Roitman the entity Taro, S.A. for the business of the land.
Dalton misguided
The former Development Commissioner also revealed that on the recommendation of his ex-lawyer, William Méndez, he did not provide real information to the prosecutor's office when he was consulted about the business he carried out between 2014 and 2015 with Uri Roitman.
According to Dalton, Méndez said it would be better not to report the transaction. Later, already with another lawyer, the now witness collaborated with the Public Ministry, providing the documents and the declaration.

I am disappointed that the color highlighted cache buttons have been moved and when i go to the new cache links, it doesn't give me the highlighted words. Google was my hero for this feature alone. You made a good product less useful by removing that feature... please help?

What I would suggest you do is what I've done--switched, at least when in need of the color highlighting, to Yahoo Search. I believe that Bing also has color highlighting of search words in cache. What on earth could Google's motivation have been? Clearly it doesn't cost anything to maintain this feature and it's not distracting to the general user since it's only seen by the very slender minority using Cache (and probably using cache solely for the color highlighting--I know that's the only reason I ever use it). I'd love to hear Google's justification for this bizarre and irrational act.
Japell, how much time have we saved by immediately being able to locate the one little thing we desire to read about in a 10,000 word article by virtue of color highlighting?

Yeah really, does google want us all to switch to Yahoo or Bing? What the heck is wrong with them? They said we could we could find the cache link on the right top of the micro page that pops out, but clicking that link doesn't work either.

highlighting is huge for search!!!!!! I use to be able to find information on a subject by searching forums, then highlighting my search terms to locate which posts to read. Without highlighting I would have to use the Find feature CTL+F and retype my original query, then click through each individual. This method significantly slower particularly for longer queries. Instead I will have to start going to Yahoo or Bing. I hope Google will make a statement as to the motivation for this. This was like one of the best features of Google search, and i'm sure they know that. There is probably a good explanation for their choice. Still i'm pissed.
