Guantanamo,The CIA, Russian-Israeli cocaine, Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani
The Gulfstream II, tail number N967SA, jet that crashed in Yucatan on September 24 carrying 3.3 metric tons of cocaine and had previously flown CIA extraordinary rendition flight routes to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and other locations in Europe, was owned by an individual who has been a campaign donor to both Hillary Clinton and Rudolph Giuliani, the favorite candidates to received their respective parties' presidential nomination.

According to European investigators who have tracked CIA rendition aircraft for a number of years, the Gulfstream was owned from 2001 to August 30 this year by William Achenbaum, a co-owner of Manhattan's trendy Hotel Gansevoort, who sold the plane on August 30 to Donna Blue Aircraft of Coconut Creek, Florida, a firm owned by two Brazilian businessmen. Before the plane crashed, it has been re-sold on September 16 to Clyde O'Connor, a Florida businessman.

Florida investigative reporter Daniel Hopsicker is reporting today that Donna Blue Aircraft of Coconut Creek, Florida is an empty office suite located at 4811 Lyons Technology Parkway #8, with a blank sign in front of the facility. Hopsicker also notes the company's web site features a testimonial for the company from a satisfied customer named John Doe, whose phone number is listed as 415-555-5555. 415 is the area code for Marin County, California.

Managing the Gulfstream for Achenbaum was Air Rutter International of Long Beach, California. The New York Post reported that a former employee of the company's Long Beach operations, Mark Billey, recalled armed government employees, including US Marshals, as passengers on the aircraft. Billey, arrested last April, is in a federal prison in Ohio after being charged in a child pornography case.

Achenbaum's business partner and co-owner of the Hotel Gansevoort, Arik Kislin, a Long Island resident, has been linked by the New York Post to the Russian mob. Russian mob in the New York context is the Russian-Ukrainian-Israeli Mafia (RUIM). The Post's Dan Mangan reported last April that in the 1990s Kislin owned a firm called Blonde Management with its address at 459 W. 15th St. and, at the time, attempted to secure a U.S. visa for a Russian mafia hit man named Anton Malevskiy.

Kislin is also listed as owner of Air Rutter International, the address for which is listed as 4310 Donald Douglas Drive, Suite 202, Long Beach, California.

Achenbaum is the owner of S/A Associates of 100 Ring Road, Garden City, Long Island, the firm listed as the owner of N967SA at the time it made CIA flights to Guantanamo and other suspicious flights that conform to a CIA rendition flight pattern:

S/A Associates also owns a private airport in Franklin, New Jersey in Somerset County. The airport is operated by the Somerset Plaza Hotel in Somerset, New Jersey. Arik Kislin has also been associated with another airline company, Skookum Air, Inc.

The Division of Corporations for New York's Department of State also lists Achenbaum as Chairman and CEO of WSA Management Ltd. of 100 Ring Road, Room 101, Garden City, New York. No registered agent is listed for the firm.

Arik Semyon's uncle, Semyon (Sam) Kislin, a member of the New York City Economic Development Board and immigrant from Odessa, has poured substantial political donations into the past campaigns in New York of Hillary Clinton and Giuliani. He has also contributed to past campaigns of New York Senator Charles Schumer, former Republican Senator Alphonse D'Amato, and President Bill Clinton.

The Center for Public Integrity has previously reported that a 1996 Interpol report connected Sam Kislin's Trans Commodities, Inc. to two reputed Uzbek mobsters, Lev and Mikhail Chernoy. The Interpol connected Kislin's firm to the Chernoys' fraud and embezzlement schemes. Kislin confirmed that Mikhail Chernoy had been employed by his Trans Commodities firm. The Chernoy brothers are citizens of Israel.

Between 1994 and 1997, Sam Kislin and his wife Ludmila, gave Giuliani $14,250 in contributions. In 1997, after Giuliani maxed out on his GOP contributions, $9.7 million, Kislin donated $30,000 to Giuliani through the Liberal Party, the other ticket on which Giuliani was running for re-election as mayor.

In May 1999, Sam Kislin co-chaired a Giuliani Senate race fundraiser at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in New York. The gathering raised $2.1 million for Giuliani's aborted senate campaign.

Arik Kislin contributed $1000 to Giuliani's 1995 mayoral campaign and his Blonde Management shared office space with Sam Kislin's Trans Commodities.

Sam Kislin, his wife Ludmila, their son David, and daughter Regina gave $2000 to Schumer's 1998 Senate campaign. Sam also gave Schumer's opponent, D'Amato, $1000. Sam Kislin is also a prominent supporter of the United Jewish Appeal and Israel.

Arik Kislin gave Hillary Clinton $4000 in 2006, specifically on Sept. 12, 2006. That same day an Olya Kislin also donated $4000 to Hillary Clinton.

In 1995, Arik Kislin gave $1000 to imprisoned Republican California Representative Randy "Duke" Cunningham.

In 2005, Achenbaum contributed $2100 to Nevada Democratic Representative Shelley Berkley. Achenbaum's occupation was listed as Partner of Omnibus Management, Ltd. Berkley represents Las Vegas.

Another S/A Holdings LLC aircraft is a Gulfstream IV, tail number N841PA, which was operated by Presidential Aviation, Inc., the same operator that flew Canadian citizen Maher Arar on a rendition flight to Jordan, where he was transferred to a torture prison in Syria on board Gulfstream III, tail number N829MG. The Gulfstream III was owned by MJG Aviation from October 2000 to July 2004, when the Florida company, whose owner also ran Presidential Airways, was dissolved. Ironically, Presidential Airways is the name of one of two aviation services companies currently operated by Blackwater USA.

In November 2004, Presidential Airways of Florida was also dissolved. In March 2004, the Gulfstream II was re-registered as N259SK by S&K Aviation of Florida, which began operations in December 2003. N841PA has been leased out by G IV Leasing, LLC. N841PA has flown to Russia, China (Shanghai and Beijing), Ireland (Shannon), Japan, and Jordan.

WMR has also learned that a Gulftream IV, N800BQ, has also been identified as a CIA rendition aircraft. Its past itineraries include the following:

The plane was also spotted in Shanghai on October 17, 2004; Naples, Florida on Dec. 4, 2004; and Beijing Capital Airport on Sept. 27-28, 2004.

You can always judge a political candidate by the friends and supporters they keep. Hillary Clinton and Rudolph Giuliani do not pass any legitimat smell test. A seasoned political observer also told WMR that both candidates are totally backed by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and neither will crack down on the stranglehold the RUIM now has over both U.S. political parties and federal and local law enforcement, including the FBI and Department of Justice, if they become the next President of the United States.




    Yesterday, we had a diary by lukery that gave us updated information on the Sibel Edmonds case and her efforts to disclose criminal activities by our government that includes treason by many highly placed officials. I'll be the first to admit that much of what I have heard doesn't have enough details yet for me to hang my hat on it. It was in the comments section that ryder92111 gave this link to one of two articles by McClatchy. The second article by Jay Root and Kevin Hall gives a few more glimpses of where I started looking. Then Caneelresponded to my quick post and provided this link to a great radio interview of Hall, Root and others who have investigated this one crash. Now for all of you who don't click on links, I'll try my best to lay some meat on what I have found.
   On September 24th, 2007, a Gulfstream II went down near Cancun in the jungle with almost 4 tons of well packaged cocaine. Some reports from Mexicans on the ground report that they witnessed as much as 1/3 of the cargo removed from the scene before an inventory was taken. Thus there may have been almost 6 tons on the plane. You can see a great photo of the aircraft before the crash at this  link. It's in great shape to be a 1975 model, right. I'll also point out that this photo was taken at Little Rock National in Arkansas in 2005. I'll come back to this connection below or in the second diary if I run out of time. 
   Now the most obvious question is who owns this beauty that was carrying almost 6 tons (OK, McClatchy only says 4 tons, but who is counting after you pass 4 tons) of cocaine? Seems like a real simple question. It is unless the CIA is involved. According to McClatchy and others including the FAA, it was owned by William Achenbaum from NY City. On first glance, Mr Achenbaum appears to be a rich but regular citizen. He is part owner of the trendy Hotel Gansevoot in NY. It seems that FAA records show Mr. Achenbaum owned the plane since 2000. We'll discuss what shadowy people who owned the plane before 2000 later. The plane with a wing tag of N987SA was being leased by  Air Rutter International from Long Beach, CA and Farmingdale, NY. Bill Cripe who manages the fleet of planes for various owners admitted that about 80% of the leases for this plane was to government agencies. Read CIA but not exclusively as we will see later. 
    For those of us who were around during Iran-Contra, you may begin seeing a pattern. But I digress. Now according to the articles, William Achenbaum sold the plane on August 30th, 2007. How convenient. But then, wait, it was sold again within a few days for $2 million supposedly. I have seen the bill of sale, however, and it looks like it was sold for $100. only. I will not burden you right now with the names of the two Brazilians that were the middle owners and had a corporation in Florida called Donna Blue Aircraft (DBA, another neat name used by CIA). The other sale occurred on September 16th, 2007 almost exactly one week before the crash. The interesting part is that none of the papers were filed with FAA until the crash occurred. Again, this "suspense transactions" are often used by the CIA as a CYA in case there is a little problem like a crash of the plane that is loaded with cocaine. 
   It has well documented that this plane has made several tracked flights to Guantanamo Bay. Now we all know that not just anyone can fly into this area of Cuba. Based upon the timing of the flights and the prior locations, it appears that they may have handled a few prisoners but in many cases it looks like it may have been government officials going down to Cuba to question the prisoners. 
   Now getting back to actually who was additionally involved in the ownership of the plane, the plot gets a little dirty. Dan Mangan did a great article with NY Post where he gives details on Arik Kislin from NY. Arik is the nephew of Sam Kislan who was originally from Odessa, Ukraine. Well, the Kislan family has connections to the Russian mob, laundering money through American banks, and influencing politicians like our friend Chuck Schumer, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and our most favorite New Yorker, Rudy Giuliani. In fact, back in the late 1990's after the family had maxed out what they could give Rudy, they contributed $30,000 to the Liberal Party that Rudy head up.

   I do want you to take a look at this older article on Arik Kislin and his connections to Rudy. Although I haven't seen proof yet, my conjecture is that Rudy probably met the Kislin family through Babeck Seroush who Rudy prosecuted for crimes in 1984. You have to know that when you go after the mob, you have to infiltrate the organization and probably pick up a few habits and the wrong kind of friends. Just ask Kerik. 
    So what does all this tell us. It's complicated but I'm just starting to put the pieces together. This may connect to why Porter Goss suddenly left the CIA. I know it connects to the other drug plane that went down less than 6 weeks before Porter Goss resigned. Because the owners of this plane also owned the Gulfstream II that crashed in September of this year. I know that Mel Martinez has taken several flights on this plane but I don't know yet if someone is sniffing up his butt and that is the reason he just resigned from the head of the Republican National Committee. Only time will tell on this one. 
    I'll add one more tidbit that bothers me. We read recently at TPM where our government was transferring $100 million amonth to Pakistan in funds that are impossible to trace and see what they buy or who it helps. Just recently, President Bush has now requested from Congress over $1 billion for Mexico to combat the drug trade. I have seen two explanations for where this money may go. One is that it would indeed be used to combat the drug trade that competes with the CIA and our government. The reason may be to buy additional planes, set up new dummy companies, and simply push the small drug smugglers out of the market. Either way, it is dirty. 
   In the next diary, I'll attempt to respond to questions this diary may generate, bring in more information on Hillary's trips on this now crashed plane, and give you more details on the functioning of the CIA. There are a couple of articles that I have seen that do tie back into the Middle East and the former Soviet bloc. None of it is easy to follow. I hope to read more of the information from Sibel Edmonds and see if I can make any connections. 
    If you really dig into some of the third and fourth layers of the numerous links off the few I have offered, please don't do it late at night because you will never sleep. 
    Now comes the really demanding and nagging question.Why? Why would our government have small planes like this owned by our CIA making flights into Columbia to pick up tons of cocaine, and then dropping it in Mexico with clear distribution paths into the USA. Ever day we see the list of new deaths from Iraq and Afghanistan fighting for our nation. Everyday, we have deaths in the USA from American citizens who can not afford health insurance and die from lack of coverage and basic health needs. Everyday, we have millions of poor children who go to bed hungry or attend school until they turn 16 but must drop out quickly thereafter because they must work to put food on the table for their younger brother or sister. Everyday, we allow our environment to be raped and slowly destroyed because of our priorities. Everyday, we continue to turn our backs on those in New Orleans who struggle to move on with their lives. Everyday, we walk pass the homeless (26% of which are vets), nod our head or quickly turn away because you have no monies to share. 
    Everyday, another small aircraft lifts off and delivers another load of drugs to pull our nation into the sewer. And it is our government and our nation's leaders who have this knowledge, are complicit with it, or profit from in with either more money, more control, or more power. When will this nightmare end?
