Circa 2000 Porter Stansberry promoted CDC,WHO connected AIDS Vax fraud as well as Agora Inc founder James Dale Davidon's Genemax fraud and Stanford Univerity connected Endovac penny stock biotech fraud.
Genemax and Endovac were originally part of corrupt Utah SEC's USEC uranium stock promotion case against James Dale Davidson and Porter Stansberry but were then removed from the case without explanation.
VaxGen, founded in 1995. There’s a “missing link” in the history somewhere, but VaxGen is one of over 800 biotech companies founded in San Francisco’s Silicon Valley –the place that “gave birth to biotechnology”.

Besides providing vast personal wealth to the officers and directors of the company, VaxGen became the beneficiary of an $877 million dollar contract from the Dept. of Health and Human Services as Project BioShield funds were disseminated to develop national stockpiles against biological terror-threats. Those funds were subsequently withdrawn by HHS, which had an initial funding package of $5 billion to spend when Project BioShield was initiated.

By 2007, VaxGen was “struggling” and negotiated a merger with Raven Biotechnologies whose CEO, George F. Schreiner, became the new leader of VaxGen. James P. Panek became VaxGen’s president instead of its CEO. The company has a confusing array of shifting officers and personnel which appears consistent since its founding. As of October, 2009, VaxGen has acquired OXiGene, issued new stock, and reconfigured its leadership and ownership once again.

Evidence for the prosecution: During his inquiries, Deer was passed documents dated March 22 1999 which showed that, long before VaxGen offered shares to the public, the most important government cheerleader for AidsVax – Dr William Heyward, head of HIV vaccine research at the Centers for Disease Control – had a secret deal to join the company. Out of public duty, Deer gave some to the inspector-general, health and human services, who launched a formal inquiry

This complaint filed by attorneys Milberg Weiss in US District Court for Northern California alleges that the company concealed facts, made false claims to cause VXGN stock to trade at inflated prices, and made misleading statements on trial data. The link below is Porter Stanberry's and Lila Rajiva's email to me fr6m 2005, shortly before the demise of Rey Rivera, in which Stansberry invites me to the CIA infested Agora Inc office in Baltimore to hear testimonials from his office staff acclaiming to me no doubt what a jolly good fellow he is.
I only learned of Rey Rivera's existence and demise in 2009 and so for all I know if I had been crazy enough to go to Baltimore or had the money to do so after his boss James Dale Davidson ripped me off in the Endovasc penny stock pump and dump I might have been the one found at the Belvedere and they would have had to find another drop spot for Rey Rivera. Life and death is funny that way.
James Dale Davidson and UK Lord or Lard William Rees-Mogg,(deceased), and their Agora Inc were the employers of ex CIA Chief William Colby in the 1990s when he mysteriously drowned.He told his friend John Decamp not to believe anything he wrote for their stategicinvestment.com newsletter.
Ron Paul is part of their gang and works with Porter Stansberry.
The Baltmore police chief was a Mason and even if he weren't they all know who really runs Baltimore.The FBI only helped them cover up.
Rey's wife explained that it was normal for him to write stream of conciousness notes such as the one found after his death. It is very unfortunate that she never retrieved any of his or more so Stansberry's Rebound Report stock promotion letters which may have given us a different take on his writing style,not to mention the penny stock pumps and dumps he was promoting for Stansberry,et.al...Unless of course they were ghost written by someone else and he was merely being paid to put his name on them.
Another mystery is why no one has ever posted Rebound Report tracts on the internet...........
